Psychiatry at Hats of Wisdom
Our psychiatric team is led by David Carr, PMHNP, a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who provides evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and medication management tailored to each child's individual needs.
Working alongside David is Elena Powers, RN, who partners with families throughout the treatment process by assisting with medication management, patient education, care coordination, and ongoing psychiatric support.
We believe successful treatment involves collaboration with parents, caregivers, primary care providers, counselors, and schools whenever appropriate. Our goal is to help you develop the skills and stability needed to succeed at home, in school, and in life.
