Yes! We are proud to have David Carr, PMHNP offer this service.  He has availability on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for evaluations, medication management, and other psychiatric needs. 

Hours vary due to limited staffing, but we do our best to keep the administrative office open Monday - Friday 9AM - 4PM. Please call prior to your visit if you'd like to confirm an administrator is available to assist you. 

Yes! Hats of Wisdom accepts most private insurers, such as BCBS and Aetna, as well as Tricare.

Certain insurance policies require preauthorization to cover the cost of the service. Most commonly, Tricare prime and VA insurance will require a referral being sent for a preauthorization to be obtained. Please check the details of your policy to verify if a preauthorization is needed.

Rates vary depending upon appointment type. A routine 60 minute individual session is $150 without insurance. If utilizing insurance, copays, coinsurances, and deductibles will vary based on your specific policy.
